Daniel C. Maus - President

Dan currently is President of The Maus Group (established 2006), providing Project/Construction Management, Relocation Management, and Facilities Consulting services to clients.

Prior to that he was a founding partner in Facilities West, a national Facilities Management company and spent 17 years at The Boeing Company in a variety of facilities management related positions.

Dan has been a member of the International Facility Management Association since 1989 and serves on the Seattle Chapter Executive Committee.

Involved in Special Olympics since 1986, he currently serves as the Director of Support Services for Special Olympics Washington Summer Games and is the Facilities Manager for the Special Olympics Winter Games.

 

Scott King - Senior Project Manager

Scott joined The Maus Group in 2012 and is currently a Senior Project Manager providing Project/Construction Management and Facilities Consulting services to clients.

Scott brings over 15 years of project management experience to The Maus Group. Prior to that, he was a building designer with KMD Architects in San Francisco, CA.

Scott enjoys working in fast paced environments that require him to react quickly to the changing workplace.

Ron Peterson - Senior Project Manager

Ron currently is a Senior Project Manager of The Maus Group, providing Project/Construction Management, Facilities Staffing, and Facilities Consulting services to clients.

Prior to that, he managed all General and Real Estate Services for the Western Region of Key Corp.

Mr. Peterson has been actively been involved in Project Management, Real Estate Acquisition, Construction Management, and Process Reengineering. He has managed the office relocations of over 30,000 personnel, the leasing of over 50 offices, and construction management of over 300,000 square feet of both retail and commercial office space. He has also assisted in reengineering move management processes and space utilization strategies.

Mary C. Joyce - Senior Project Manager


"Successful projects require the sensitive balance of completing all tasks efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption to the employees and the business at hand".

Mary brings over 20 years of experience managing projects and completing them on time and on budget. These projects required significant experience managing interactions and negotiations with vendors, contractors and design professionals and involved routine interaction with executive level internal customers and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Prior to The Maus Group she was Facilities Manager at Philips Medical Systems and Wells Fargo.
